If you are a party to a trade that is called into question or would like to speak to the exchange about a suspicious trade, you may call e-cbot operations at 312-347-4600.
If you attempt to enter a strategy and get an "order rejected" message, you may call e-cbot operations at 312-347-4600 and ask the operator to list the strategy.
